This Shipping Policy governs the shipment of all products purchased from Dad Aura. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PROCESSING

All orders are subject to payment verification, fraud screening, and approval prior to shipment.

Dad Aura reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order for suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or incorrect billing information.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Standard processing time is 2–5 business days. During peak seasons, promotional launches, or high-demand periods, processing may extend up to 10 business days.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Once an order enters fulfillment, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or redirected.


2. SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

Dad Aura partners with major international carriers including, but not limited to:

  • DHL

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • Local postal partners

Carrier selection is determined based on destination, shipping method selected at checkout, and operational efficiency.

We reserve the right to substitute carriers without prior notice.


3. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery timelines vary by destination and shipping method.

Estimated transit times (after processing):

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • Canada & Europe: 10–14 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–21 business days

  • Latin America: 15–30 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Dad Aura is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Severe weather

  • Labor disputes

  • Government actions

  • Holidays

  • Force majeure events

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.


4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once an order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking updates may take several business days to appear in the carrier’s system.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking information and ensure availability for delivery.


5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • VAT or GST

  • Customs clearance fees

  • Local handling charges

These charges are imposed by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Dad Aura does not collect or control these fees and cannot estimate their amount.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer remains responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges

  • Customs processing fees

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued minus these costs.


6. PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Products designated as “Pre-Order” will include an estimated shipping timeframe in the product description.

Estimated ship dates are subject to change due to manufacturing timelines, supply chain conditions, or unforeseen production delays.

Pre-order items are not eligible for expedited processing.
If express shipping is selected, the item will ship via that method once inventory becomes available.


7. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability and production partner locations.

Separate shipments may arrive on different dates.

No additional shipping charges will be applied unless explicitly stated.


8. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Dad Aura is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If a package is lost in transit prior to confirmed delivery, customers must contact us within 7 business days of the last tracking update.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.

Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Clear photographs of the packaging

  • Photographs of the damaged product

  • Order number

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.


9. INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipment fees.

Dad Aura is not liable for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Cancellation requests submitted before shipment are not guaranteed and remain at Dad Aura’s discretion.


11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dad Aura shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from shipping delays, carrier errors, customs actions, or delivery failures beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any shipping-related claim shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.


12. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Dad Aura reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the most current version available on our website before placing an order.
