All hat sales are final.
Dad Aura products are created with intention and meaning — designed as lasting statements of family, presence, and identity. We believe the piece you choose is one you’ll keep, not return.
Due to hygiene standards and limited production runs, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, sizing preference, incorrect fit, or personal taste.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Worn or used items

Items without original tags or packaging

Items returned without prior written approval

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
To submit a claim, please contact our customer service team at:

Clear photos of the item

Clear photos of the shipping packaging

A brief description of the issue
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.
If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement item is unavailable.
Dad Aura reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the above requirements.
Exchange Process (Eligible Cases Only)
We only offer exchanges in cases of:

Manufacturing defects

Incorrect item received
Exchange Steps:

Contact customer service within 7 days of delivery.

Receive written approval and return instructions from our team.

Ship the item back in unworn condition, with original packaging and tags attached.

Once received and inspected, exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.
Failure to contact us at hidad@dadaura.co before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may delay resolution and affect your eligibility for future purchases.
